The Morning Routine

I believe it is crucial that we have a fixed, focused, morning routine.  The morning routine, or how we start our day, will set the tone for the rest of the day.  Have you ever heard someone say, “They must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed?”  Too often, this is the reality for most people.  As soon as the alarm goes off, we take off.  We are instantly, constantly, in a state of rush and hurry.  When we start the day in this state, you can be assured, the rest of the day will continue on this trajectory.  Having a fixed, focused morning routine, will allow us to wake-up, assess, plan, and prepare for the day.  The morning routine allows us to set the standard for the day.  It allows us to be in control, rather than out of control.  Focused, rather than unfocused.  It helps us to set our body, mind, and spirit toward what we want to accomplish and conquer for the day.  The morning routine is a crucial component to long-term success.  As you take control of your waking hours, as you consistently set your focus each morning through routine, you will begin to see learning, progress, and growth taking place within your life.  Things will begin to fall into place, you will begin to see victories occurring all around you.  The morning routine builds strength.  Confidence.  Consistency.  Discipline.  Focus.  Qualities paramount to an accomplished day, week, month, year, and life!  Remember, how you do anything, is how you do everything.  How you start your day,  is how you will finish your day.  Aggressively pursue your passion each and every day!  Become the individual you were made to become!  Take control of your day, through a fixed, focused, morning routine!
