Today is here.  Yesterday is gone.  Tomorrow is never promised.  What are you going to do today?  Who are you going to be today?  Don’t be overwhelmed.  Don’t allow the noise of life to distract you.  Focus on right now.  Focus on the task at hand.  Focus on today, not yesterday, not tomorrow, but today.  Today is the day to do it.  Today is a gift, NOT “just” another day.  Take one step in the right direction, right now!  Block out everything else.  Today.  That’s it.  Make it through today.  No more, no less.  Micro, not macro.  One day at a time.  It’s all you can control.
